Cora the greyhound

Cora had been rescued already when Team Inch was alerted through our growing network.  Her rescuers were seeking help, and we were able to be there for her.

Cora was starved, had skin infections, and heart worm.  Too unhealthy to tolerate the difficult heartworm treatment, she stayed in a foster home, eating well, gaining weight and learning what it’s like to be cared for.  She’s now healthy enough to undergo treatment.

In the photos, you can see Cora is heading out on a new adventure.  She’s heading out with a couple of her original rescuers (and Jeff) to recover from her heartworm in a new foster home.

If you would like to donate towards Cora’s expenses, or that you might be interested in adopting her, please contact her sponsor group, Northwest Canadian Greyhound League
